So I'm at Rick's right now, listening to him play a shitty keyboard he found in my house that was made in 1987. I have no idea how the thing still works after all its been through. It's a christmas miracle!

I hope everyone had a great holiday and will have a great new year. Rick and I got back from Florida on Christmas eve and it was amazing. We both had a wonderful time, I'll be posting pics shortly. My favorite part had to be getting photographic evidence of Rick hugging Piglet...so cute :) My Christmas was pretty nice too. It was nice being with my family, but my mom's depression is really really bad right now and she's not doing well, so we didn't really do much for Christmas in terms of dinner/celebration but we did presents and all that. I'm very happy with mine :) I'm obsessed with my new coach bag...and clearly obsessed with my $250 ebay gift certificate.

I leave for Ireland on tuesday. I'm excited. But Rick is taking me to the airport and it's the last day I'm going to see him for a long time, the longest time we've been apart since we've been together. I probably wont see him until the end of April at his basic training graduation. I'll discuss that at another time.

Today was pretty cool. Lauren and I got mowed down by annoying people at the bridgewater mall. I got 2 new sweaters from WetSeal which were both on clearance and AMAAAAZING discounts on a sweater and a shirt from Express. And tons of new earrings and headbands and all that good stuff. And lipgloss. Lalala, good shopping day. Lauren and I might act like 13 year olds again and have a sleepover before I go away. And watch millions of Office episodes. It'l rule :)

While I'm in Ireland I'm going to try to update this more, with pictures and stuff since I'm bringing my laptop. Despite the fact that its going to be sad leaving Rick, its really an amazing opportunity that I was chosen for one of the 20 slots (out of over 60 people) and that I'm doing such a great internship. Once I get there, I'm sure I'm going to love it.
