Note: "The way You Look At Me" hasn't been updated in a long while, so please be patient with me XD Just had a dream about this story that I had to put down because I didn't want to forget it. enjoy! Set currently now, lawsuit still in process and 5 are seperated for now.

Summary: With only 6 months to live, Jaejoong has to definetely live life to the fullest and no one else besides him and his doctor knows the secret. Jaejoong comes up with 10 main points that he must do before he passes...the only question is..can they be done before time runs out?
Chapter 1 : The News
He never had time to do it, but finally he had time to go visit the doctor despite his busy schedule. The JYJ World Tour was finally over, his drama shootings for "Protect the Boss" was almost coming to an end and then came countless shootings for CF's and interviews/photoshoots.
He was so tired lately and fainted in his own apartment, but he could never tell that to his members. Junsu and Yoochun would scold him every now and then to visit the doctor, since well, he hasn't been to the hospital since he was with all the members...
He hated to do things alone, but he would never admit to the other members, since he didn't want them to be worried about him. He was the Hyung, the Youngwoong Jaejoong to the world and he had to pull himself together.
"Kim Jaejoong-shi?" A nurse called out as she came out with a clipboard, looking around for the person she called. Jaejoong looked up and his manager put his phone down, as Jaejoong got up and the manager told the person on his phone to wait.
"Jaejoong-ah, I need to be at a meeting at CJES, so give me a call when you're out, okay?" His manager told me, gathering his papers and suitcase. Jaejoong nodded and bowed as his manager gave him a firm smile, and continued talking to the person on the phone as he walked out the hospital.
"Follow me, Jaejoong-shi." The nurse said, giving him a small smile as she led the way down the halls to the last door. "Okay, you can go in."
The nurse left Jaejoong standing there as Jaejoong placed his hand on the door knob. He didn't have a fear of blood or needles, but the hospital, the place where he went for surgery for his knee, where Yoochun had his appendix removed, or the memory that forever haunted him and refused to leave his heart was when Yunho was poisoned and he stayed there the whole night. If they were all with him right, he'd feel fine, but by himself, the butterflies in his stomach would not calm down. He took a deep breath and finally turned the door knob, and went in, as if death was awaiting him.

6 months. He had about 6 months more to live. He wasn't sure if he should cry or yell or just be damned angry with the world. What more could he do? He sat in the van as his manager rambled on about what was next in his schedule, but all he could think about was the last remaining 6 months of his life.
"Jaejoong-shi, I'm sorry, but you only have 6 months to live. If you take proper treatments, you might be able to survive this and possibly live longer--" Jaejoong shook his head and looked at the doctor.
"I don't want any treatments, Dr. Choi. I just want to live my life to the fullest for those 6 months."
'"Jaejoong-shi, you might feel certain pains and complications in your body if you don't receive any treatments and you might become weaker."
"I can take it all, Dr. Choi, but like I said, I don't want any treatments, I just want to battle what I have on my own and please keep this confidential between you and me. I don't want anyone else to know and please keep my file in a safe place so that the media cannot know about this, and more importantly, my family and friends must not know about this either." Jaejoong said, his hands holding on to the sides of the chair he was sitting on.
The doctor sighed and nodded. "I understand, Jaejoong-shi, but even though you refuse treatment, I'll prescribe you a medicine that you must take everyday and if you feel any pain, please call me right away. Our hospital keeps all records confidential and only the patient can authorize whether or not those records could shown to their family and friends." Jaejoong nodded and bit his lip. "Okay, I understand and thank you." He took the perscription from the doctor, bowed and left the room The doctor got up and wrote down a perscription for him and wished him good luck. He didn't even notice that the van already stopped at their company until the car door was suddenly opened, and was yanked out of the van into the arms of his "children".
"Hyung!" Junsu exclaimed, hugging him from the front and Yoochun was hugging him from behind. "How was the doctor's visit?" Jaejoong didn't say anything and just closed his eyes for that brief moment as the feelings of being lonely went away.
Yoochun moved away first and then Junsu followed, as Jaejoong gave them both a small smile.
"Hyung, you look tired, did you get any rest before you went to the doctor?" Yoochun said, reaching over and touching the small bags underneath Jaejoong's eyes.
Jaejoong casually pat Yoochun's hand down and threw his arms around Yoochun and Junsu. "You guys, I'm fine, the doctor said I need to get plenty of rest and that was pretty much about it. It was just exhaustion."
Yoochun and Junsu nodded as their manager spoke up. "I'll talk to the CEO about giving you a vacation for a while, the same goes for Yoochun and Junsu. I've been talking to other managers of the other companies and many of their artists are either fainting on stage or even during rehearsals."
"Thanks, Hyung." Jaejoong said with a smile as he looked at Yoochun and Junsu. "Are you guys already done with your schedule?" Before Yoochun and Junsu could answer, their manager spoke for them again.
"Yup, these friends of yours finishd hours again since they wanted to see you and got all excited that you were getting a check up. I told them to just get the hell out and go get some rest, but no, these boys miss you so much---"
"Aw, Hyung! We missed you too!" Yoochun said laughing at their manager, and Junsu and Jaejoong joined in. "Besides it seems like you were way to busy on the phone talking to Sejin-Noona! She's our coordinator, not yours, Hyung!"
"Yah!" Their manager yelled, as Yoochun escaped into the building with the manger chasing after him.
"Manager-hyung is not going to let him get away with that like last time!" Junsu laughed as Jaejoong nodded in agreement. Junsu continued talking to him about his day, but mostly about his cats or "Catshinki" and about his Junho-hyung who was also going to debut as an actor soon. Jaejoong continued to listen and gave small comments as Junsu continued to talk, and Jaejoong looked at him.
Junsu was definetely the mood maker of the group, he can definetely brighten up anyone's day with his adventurous stories and unique laughter that no longer sound strange, but just like music. He was definetely going to miss him and maybe, Jaejoong, wondered, Junsu was the guardian angel that was sent to them to make them feel at peace and at home.
"Hyung." Jaejoong looked up at Junsu, who was now looking worried. "Hm? What's the matter, Junsu?"
"It's just exhaustion, right? Nothing too serious, right?" Jaejoong forced a smile and nodded, gently patting Junsu's head.
"Yup, I'm fine, Junsu. I just need to take some days off to get some rest after all, I don't want to end up fainting either, right?" "That's true."Junsu nodded and then he sighed. "Ah! Hyung, do you mind if I stay at your place just for today? My parents invited my relatives over and well, the house is going to be full of crying and screaming babies and I'll bring Leo and Tiger along to play with Jiji!"
Jaejoong laughed and gave Junsu a small hug. "Of course, you are welcome anytime and JiJi would love to have more company than having just me around."
"Awesome! Great, so give me a call when you're done with your schedule and I'll come by right away!" Junsu said, as Jaejoong nodded. "Cool, so I have to drop my my place first...are you going to be okay here by yourself?"
I'm lucky to have Junsu in my life, Jaejoong thought to himself. "Go on ahead and I'll see you soon!" Jaejoong said, as he watched Junsu run out of the room, almost tripped and managed to make to the elevators without injuring himself.
So Yoochun was busy being chased by the manager and probably getting lectured about minding his own business, Junsu was going home and now he had to get things done before his time was up.

He finally finished his schedule for the day and thanked the "Protect the Boss" staff and his costars as he exited the SBS building and into the company van. His manager greeted him and gave him news about the meeting he had especially with auditions of their company that was coming soon.
As usually the conversation went from auditions, schedules and chasing Yoochun around to Sejin-Noona. Jaejoong listened quietly as the manager talked about Sejin in a professional manner, but behind those words, Jaejoong knew that his manager was in love and deeply adored Sejin and Jaejoong wondered when the manager was ever going to profess his love towards his coodinator Noona.
The feeling of crushing on someone and falling love...how Jaejoong wished he could be in that situation again. . .but the aftermath of his past relationship was the most painful point in his life.
The van finally stopped at the company building and Jaejoong was about to come out of the van, when his manager called him out again.
"Ah! Jaejoong-ah, I filed the paperwork today for your vacation and instead of having 3 weeks off, the CEO decided that since you were done with the shooting for "Protect the Boss" and finished all other activities, he requested that you take at least three months off work and starting tommorow, you're off of work for now."
Just 3 months? Jaejoong thought to himself. What was he suppose to do with the other 3 months? "Jaejoong-ah!"
"Oh, thanks, Hyung!" Jaejoong said, "I'll make sure to take plenty of rest!"
His manager gave him a firm smile and stepped into the building for some other meeting as Jaejoong heading straight to the parking lot, to his own car. He walked over to his car and felt something vibrate in his pocket. He took out his phone, as the wallpaper was a picture of his Dong Bang family and checked to see his texts

Many were from Junsu and Yoochun and other friends from Japan, but none from his other members who he wanted to hear from the most. He opened his car door and sat in his car, he decided to create a list on his phone and make his own schedule for the next three months.
1. Do nothing work related. Avoid Manager's calls.
2. Spend as much time with family and visit occasionally. Update twitter, not to worry fans or friends.
3. Spend time with all the members.
The fourth one might seem highly impossible to others and maybe to them, but Jaejoong was going to make it work.
4. Find love and not be afraid to take a risk.
5. Mend relationships.
6. Visit Yunho and Changmin.
7. Find a new place to live.
8. Dong Bang reunion.
9. Give money to charity.
10. Live life to the fullest!
Jaejoong knew some points might be impossible to do, but he was going to make it possible.
I'm going to make it.
I'm going to live.
