I made a nice big poster with my goals, and restrictions on it! I used lots of happy colors to keep me cheery :p
I looked through 'Self' magazine and cut out a few of the fitness cards that they offer, a few tips from various magazines, and numerous words that motivate me and stuck them onto the poster....and then on the other side I wrote down my daily routine, and what my portion/food type limits.
I've decided to set my calorie limit at 1200.
