A friend of ours is coming to visit tonight and he is allergic to tomatoes. I can only think of one recipe that doesn't use tomatoes -- I call it "Steamed Broccoli." It occurred to me today that even steamed broccoli would be better if we had some really fresh tomatoes to seed and toss in, maybe with a balsamic glaze...
