I'm looking for an LJ in the Finnish, Polish, Russian and Spanish languages.
Anything else? I'm a novice at all 3 languages bar Spanish, so if someone is willing to help me learn, bring it on. You must be patient though; sometimes I am a slow learner. I got into Finnish by way of a good friend who is native and the fact that Finnish songs sound beautiful (Irish people have a hard time with pronouncing them, though!)
I took Spanish for 5 years at school, then gave it up- something which I am still kicking myself for 3 years on. I would like to refresh and update my knowledge of the language, as I fear I have forgotten most of it.
I became interested in Polish and Russian by way of friends, as well; I have always been interested in ‘strange’ languages and like challenges!
