About me: For starters, I am a writer and have been writing since the age of eleven. Only up until a few years ago have I actually considered publishing and getting serious about my work. I am a female and love writing fiction. At the moment, I am currently writing a book involving werewolves, and a fantasy novel. I get inspiration from the littlest things, and am anticipating the new Harry Potter and Twilight films at the end of the year.
About my journal: I've actually had my journal for a while. I don't update it much because I'm fairly busy with school and various other things, but when I do, it's usually full of ranting, pictures and rarely a few updates about my life and what I'm actually getting up to.
What I like: netball, watching AFL and cricket, reading, writing, Disney movies, Jensen Ackles, swimming, the colour blue, Summer, Supernatural, Rocky, Sylvester Stallone, the smell of rain, dresses, shorts, Gossip Girl, fruit, being random, long hair, movies, the smell of vanilla, Harry Potter, Daniel Radcliffe, The Lord of the Rings, silver, bright colours, Pirates of the Caribbean, Indiana Jones, short shorts!, anything that sparkles, Twilight, chick flicks, my friends, my family, blue skies, music, JON BON JOVI, Deltora Quest, Steve Irwin, Richmond Tigers, Nathan Foley, Jake King, sunshine, Ashley Greene, winning, table tennis, High School Musical, Emily Browning, ice cream, the smell of coconut.
What I dislike: Bad grammar, the colour pink, drugs, the smell of smoke, war, Lindsay Lohan, Star Wars, the colour purple, Winter, The Sims, sadness, suicide, My Chemical Romance, techno, rap, r'n'b, losing, humidity, Maths, fake people, horror movies, missing out on things, death, grey skies, thunder, lightning, gold jewellery, snakes, sharks, bugs, slime, soccer, flying birds, sand, windy days, bad weather, the colour brown,the smell of licorice.
What I read: I usually read fantasy and romance books. My collections ranges from Harry Potter to Specky Magee, The Lord of the Rings to Twilight, Atonement to The Notebook and Jurassic Park.
What I don't read: Horror and thrillers. I could never read Stephen King or those Goosebumps books simply because I get scared fairly easily.
Favorite authors: JK Rowling, Emily Rodda, Stephenie Meyer, JRR Tolkien.
What I write: Young adult, romance, fantasy, action and adventure. I love to have a mixture of these themes because they usually correspond well with one another.
What I don’t write: short stories or sci-fi. I might read sci-fi, but I could never actually put pen to paper and write my own.
Could you edit someone else's work?: Yes, and then it would become my number one priority. I am very fussy when it comes to bad grammar and spelling, and too many full stops and commas.
What I’m looking for: Just people I can talk to about books and writing. I just want to talk to people that do write and no what it feels to suffer from writer's block and all those other things writers have to go through. Oh- and they have to have similar interests to me :)
