(no subject)
Hello, my name is Bailie and I am 23 years old and I guess you would consider me a "young professional" as all I do is work now while I'm taking a break from school. I live in SWVA (South West Virginia) and this is my first ADIML post.
Mr. Bear and I say good morning.
I roll over in bed and this is the first thing I see. Apparently Frodo is telling me this is where the pewpie comes from.
Time check real quick.

First things first. Coffee.
I catch up on a little LJ reading while waiting for the coffee.
Then I stare at my woefully empty refridgerator trying to decide on what to have for breakfast.
Coffee is ready! (as you can tell, I like a little coffee with my cream and sugar)
As I'm making up a cup of Joe I realize it's probably time to scoop the litter box, but I'll save you the gory details.
Mischief looking incredibly cute.
I decide to reward him for being so frakin' adorable by taking him out on the balcony for a bit.
Then it is time for breakfast. Yum, honey bunches of oats! It's my compromise between grown up cereal and kiddy cereal.
Time check.
Shower time!
Tooth brushing time!
The I stare at my closet that is bursting at the seams and try to decide on what to wear for the day.
I read the paper (which I now get for free since I just started working there this week!) while waiting for my flat iron to warm up.
I attempt to work the soduko puzzle. Mischief tries to help.
All dressed and ready to go out!
Time check. I'm bored because I'm waiting for my friend to wake up so we can go out for the afternoon.
Everyone seems to take a picture of their feet, so here's my obligatory foot shot.
Forest finally wakes up and tells me he is on his way, so I go outside to wait for him.
He shows up with a mouth full of banana.
We decide to go to Roanoke for the afternoon. On the way up he starts ranting about people who drive uber large SUVs. I think he's just mad cuz his car is so tiny.

Me not even pretending to listen.
We get to Roanoke and have to take a walk over to our place of work. He has shrimp to feed. (don't ask me, I don't know either.) I have to walk across this bridge every day on my way to work. I hate it.
I see this really cool mural on the way across the bridge.
While he is inside feeding his shrimp I attempt to do a time check but I realize this clock is wrong.
But fortunately there is another one just down the way.
And then we go for a walk and see a horse drawn carriage.
And this is where we first attempt to go for lunch but they are closed.:(
So instead we walk through market square.
All the pretty beads and baubles.
And we go to Ernies for lunch.
Where we play sugar packet poker while we wait for our food.
Which turned out to be the best cheeseburger that I've had in months.
Then we go next door and buy some candy.
And then we wander the shops for a bit.
And I see some honey and wish I had more money on me.:(
There's the horse buggy again!
And then Forest buys us a gigantic bag of kettle corn and some fresh squeezed lemonade. Yum.
And we wander into a bookstore and I go straight for the children's section.
This is the Wachovia building. It's pretty.
Time check.
This is where all the neat stuff is in downtown Roanoke.
We wanted to go to the zoo but unfortunately we didn't have enough cash on us.:(
So we go to the overlook instead on top of Mill Mt. and hang out for a bit.
On the right hand side of the picture is downtown Roanoke where we just came from.
It's a pretty view and we enjoy sitting around for a bit.
Then we decide to go for a drive on the Blue Ridge Parkway.
And we go to Explorer Park where we see this neato Tavern. Unfortunately it isn't open until April so we make a note to come back.
That ends our trip to Roanoke but on our way home we stop by Barnes and Noble.
And Michael's where I find some cute bunny ears.
And then we go home and I do a time check.
I'm tired so I sit down and enjoy my candy and watch tv for awhile. Frodo wants some too, but I'm mean and I don't share.
History Channel. Yay.
Dinner. It's tastier than it looks.
While I eat I catch up on my celebrity gossip on ONTD.
Afterwards I decide to tackle the dirty dishes in the sink.
A job well done. I actually did them all. Go me.
More tooth brushing.
Watching the cat dance becuz it makes me smile.
