I'm such a Criminal Minds dork

I love that show. I have a total love for Matthew Gray Gubler and Kristen Vangsness and OMG Shemar Moore is SO HOT.

So I end up missing most of the episode on Wednesday, but caught the last 10-15 minutes.

Cut for Spoilers but I don't know how many other people on my flist watch Criminal Minds or haven't seen this week's ep yet )

I have found using the eliptical machines to be the best way to go. This is for me, not for everyone! :-)

But, less stress on the knees, and easy to do the programs. I also find I burn a lot of calories that way, and it's more fun than the stepper or treadmill.

That would be my suggestion, start using that. It's like jogging with less gravity. :-)

I had the feeling that I was loosing my balance the entire time I was on the elliptical. But I'm planning on trying it again. Maybe I have to get new shoes (which I do), but my feet kept sliding on the foot thingies. (I'm so technical.)

I used it a bit on Wednesday when I went with artic_panther. Maybe I'll be able to get one with a TV today. :)

It does take some doing to feel like you are doing it right. My feet slid around at first too.

The other thing is to turn up the traction so you have to push a little harder, and go slower. That makes it much easier to do too.
