Why don't people do what they say they're going to do? I don't get it. You ask someone to do something, they agree, and when it comes time to deliver, you get nothing. You get with them again, make sure there were no miscommunications, and ask again. And once more, you're disappointed. It's not like the task requires a ton of effort. I mean, really, anyone could do it. It's sad, but I almost expected it to go like this. I can't really make someone do something if they don't want to do it, but I just don't understand, and it frustrates me when it reflects badly on me because people won't do what they're supposed to.
