The Best Ever
This week may possibly be the best week ever. I got my kayak on Friday. Went to a family reunion that was actually fun and met up later with friends to go swimming on Saturday. Today we had church and MY LAST DAY OF WORK!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Yeah! Tomorrow I'm having breakfast with Laura and bowling with friends from BAM that night. Tuesday I'm going to Georgia to pick up a paddle, sprayskirt, and paddle for the kayak and having dinner with the Phillips. Wednesday I'm actually going to get in the boat on the water and I'm having dinner with the family because it's my birthday. Thursday I'm going down to Auburn to clean the apartment. Friday I move in to the new apartment. Saturday I leave for the beach. This is gonna be great!
Notes: This will make for a funny mental picture for you guys. When I got the kayak home from downtown, I just sat it in the driveway to look at it a while. Then, I put on my helmet and sat in the kayak in the driveway for a while. It was great fun. I fit, which is good, and I looked pretty stupid sitting in the driveway in a boat waving at cars as they pass. But it was fun.
I'm turning 20 on wednesday. How crazy is that. That sounds kind of old. Come see us in Auburn this year. Seriously, if anyone needs a place to stay in Auburn, give me a call. 2054271543. see ya.
