I love Laura. She is so stinkin' incredible I think I just have to tell everyone... Anyway, tonight while I was driving home from Laura's house, I was thinking just how good God has been to me. It seems that he has just carried me in the palm of his hand. I have an incredible group of friends here in Birmingham and in Auburn. I have the most incredible girlfriend in the world... I would never have dreamed that Laura and I would have gotten so close, and every moment with her is such a blessing. I have an awesome family who love me and have handled me growing up and going off to college really well. I just have trouble understanding why God is so good to me sometimes. I'm obviously glad that he is, but it just seems unmerited... and it is, which makes it all the more confusing at times. So, the moral of this post is: God is in control and His plan is better than anything that I could have ever imagined. Even after mistakes, He picks me up, dusts me off, tells me He loves me, and sends me back out into life a little better for the fall... that's amazing...
