Just finishing up dinner here at the store. I had a cobb salad from nordstrom, which, like everything I have from nordsrom was pretty good, and naturally better than the one I made for myself last night. Two cobb salads in a row, yes, therer's a trend there, I'm trying to eat healthy lately. It's not the salad that's the exciting part of this entry though, it's the hard boiled egg. A pretty integral part of any cobb salad is the hard boiled egg, and last night I had two that I added to my romaine lettuce concoction. Now Andrew has an egg slicer, not too dissimilar from the one pictured.


I'll say it now, it's one of the hottest kitchen tools I've ever used, and this is coming from the boy who has several different cheese graters.
