Meeting the Band/Dancers

I'm going to seem like a bad Adam fan but I'm not, I promise. I'm going to see Adam next Friday, September 17th in Melbourne. I've hardly seen any videos from the concert and have hardly read any posts about the concert. So, here's my question: how have people been able to meet the band and occasionally the dancers? Is there a certain time the band gets to the venue in every city and you just wait by the buses? Or does the band come out after the show? Please let me know, I might consider skipping class that day just to wait all day at the venue ;D I desperately want to meet Tommy and Monte.
