On Lists...
Okay, so I got tagged by Michelleartsyartsy) about a week or so ago, and then
most recently, I was tagged by Caitlin(catalinaaa) and Marissa(fatandawesome)
to do the "10 things that make you happy " thinger. For those of
you who haven't seen this yet, y'list 10 things, then tag 5 others to
do it. If they don't do it, you can hunt them down, tackle them
and pull the ol' typewriter on 'em till they cry for mercy. Okay,
I made up that last part. But that's something I'm adding.
And if you're unfamiliar with "the typewriter" lemme know.
1) Capture the Flag at midnight on the main green. Oh man, that was awesome.
2) Gmail. It's really cute. And helpful.
3) A cappella
4) Doing that "Shuffle-Spin-Jump" dance that the Brown Band does while marching to a cadance. If you have not seen it, come to a game or a parade to the stadium or something. It makes you want to join the band on the spot.
5) Comfy gloves, fuzzy hat, and something hot in your hands (be it a drink or a person)
6) Raisinets
7) Movie Previews
8) Scoring that point in fencing that you fought so fucking hard for, and the subsequent victory roar.
9) That split second of suspended silence between the sound of a bagful of cookies being poured into a bowl, and the collective gasp of several dozen spectators. I wrote my college essay about that feeling.
10) Scrabble.
