My head is so fucked up right now. Damn you, Mr. Jose Cuervo, and fuck you, Reverend Jack Daniels.
This year at Uni I should be hosting the 'DriveBy' show everyday from 4-6pm at LSR FM. Thank god for that, If I'd done another semester of early breakfast shows I probably would have hung myself.
Today was cool. I went for a walk after I woke up to buy some bread and cigarettes and saw an old guy on a penny farthing. For the uninitiated, this is a penny farthing:
Seriously, this guy looked so old he probably rode these around when they were brand new. This guy had some serious steam for an old dude, navigating traffic and roundabouts. I waved as he went past, and as he turned to wave back, he fell off. That was awesome. He turned out ok though.
Which reminds me, what is it about strange vehicles that give people the right to wave at total strangers? My apartment at Uni last year overlooked a river, and whenever a river boat went past there would be old people on it waving at me. What the fuck? It's not like walking down the road you wave at some random guy on the other side of the street - you'd get a beatdown for being weird. So listen, weird guys - stop waving at me. I don't know you.
Tomorrow I'm going off-roading in Doms Land Rover. We were going to go last week but he filled his diesel engine with regular fuel. Jackass. I'll let you know if I die or not tomorrow.
