(no subject)
i'm picturing my next few months or so in my head... work, life, everything. and i'm realizing,i'm gonna be one busy mo fo.
ok... this weekend i have an 80th birthday for my grandfather. the day after that i fly down to el paso (where, as the song goes... i'm sure to fall in love with a mexican girl). there i spend 2 sweltering weeks counting the number of ketchup packets soldiers put on their dinner trays. then when i return i have some big boat party to go to for a friend of mine's 30th birthday. a week later i go to NY for the weekend for a friend's wedding. then another friend has a wedding the week after that. then... (guess what...) there's ANOTHER wedding the next weekend, and this one is up in Stowe Vermont. how many freaking weddings can there be in one month? (believe me... after those, i'll still have 2 more before the year is out.) you know... wedding gifts ain't cheap! i'm going to be out some serious cash for gifts, hotels, gas, getting a suit cleaned every week, and all of that stuff.
