So... I've basically been nothing but working and cuddling for the last 2 months I suppose. I've looked at apartments but the ones I have really wanted were snatched from my hands just as I called back to say that I was gonna take it. I'm looking into a loft right now where I will put on movies on Thursday nights and charge a minimal fee for admission so I can buy more movies. I was thinking of making PVC furniture that I would hang from the ceiling when I'm not using it. This would be awesome because I could make tonnnns of seating for a decent price and I could make 10 foot long couches, or longer if I want to. This probably won't happen though because I don't seem to be motivated enough and I kinda don't want to live in East Williamsburg *cough*Bushwick*cough*. I would have to put a lot of money into the place to make it a movie theatre/living space so that is a downer but it would really be awesome. On the other hand it would really be awesome to live in Greenpoint before they start building some towers as large as 17 floors on the waterfront that will block the view of Manhattan from inland sites. All I want is roof access and a 4th/5th floor apartment in an old building. I saw a great one for "cheap" but didn't act fast enough so I remain homeless while rent prices seem to escalate every day.

Sucks that to rent apartment here I could rent like 3 houses in Buffalo... not that I want a house in Buffalo but the prices here are just outrageous. If I wanted to buy an apartment here I could buy maybe 5 houses in Buffalo. Plus McDonalds here is expensive. Then again the dollar menu at Burger King seems to have disappeared from Long Island menus so it's at least the price of food isn't much of a change. I get a free meal at work every day anyway so I save a considerable amount per week on just that.

I'm rambling.

I want to kill real estate prices. A cube the size of a dorm room in Brooklyn costs $850/month. OUT OF CONTROL!
