I might be a suit guy, but it's just too much effort.

I bought my first suit. Considering the price I paid for it, I'm certain I will be dusting it off every wedding, interview and formal occasion for the next 20 years. It's a mod cut, so it will likely look stupid and very dated during years 5-20, but as of today, it looks pretty sharp - I think.
I'm picking it up tonight, which is good because I can't quite remember the finer details. When that happens, I start to second guess my decision making skills. I keep reassuring myself that the saleswomen said I looked good in it and it's in her best interest to make guys look more attractive, right? (Please don't mention the possibility of a hefty commission or my heteronormative perspective, kthxbye.)
