it's one of the main things i like about gaming to begin with.
btw the MY game went really well. once the two people in the group who hadn't read the book got their heads around the conflict system. (there was a lot of, "so if i roll a 12 that's better than a 2, right?") but after that it was pretty good. the YOs eventually converted rather than destroyed Dorothy, and the Scarecrow stepped up as the new Authority. we're actually taking on another player to play Dorothy. and basically starting from scratch with a new authority. after all the Scarecrow is much more of a sadistic lust for power kind of character than the sugary sweet creepiness of Dorothy.
we also had an issue with knowing when to stop the back and forth of banter and go to conflict. i mean a couple of times i had to stop and say "ok i'm assuming you have a point to this. what are you doing that pisses me off?" and they'd say "oh, i'm convincing you to let me go." then we had a conflict. don actually caught on real early though and really helped to nip that in the bud.
all in all an exciting game and i still like the system even after being the bad guy for 3 hours :)
