My Cat Won't Eat

What's wrong with him? He simply won't eat... brought him to the vet. They gave him a shot of steroids, I bought anti-biotics and I'm giving it to him, and he still isn't eating. I don't understand it at all...

If the worse happens, I'm never going to take care of a pet again.
