Last year, I made this post. Time changes and circumstance does too. Somewhere inside me I know I want to make a post celebrating the second year of me keeping a journal but there is nothing significant to write for a supposedly memorable post. Procrastination seems to be the answer to my reluctance of doing so. Eventually, I give in and am writing this. Truth to be told, there is nothing worth writing about. It's only preparation then work, and the cycle begins all over again.

[ Too some of you, this shouldn't come as a surprise. I've been talking about formally closing this journal. With the journal reaching two years, it seems like the best time to do it now. Honestly, there's only so much I can do to keep my interest in the role having not seen a single thing Adam's been in except the two skin-revealing music videos of his. The notion of ending his journal has been brewing for almost a year. So as much as I love this version of Adam I've created, it isn't too sad to let him go.

In a week or two, I'll remove your journals from Adam's friends list to avoid a dead journal showing up on your friend-of list. In the rare occasion that you want to stay on Adam's list, please let me know.

Thank you those of you who have made this an enjoyable experience. I'm truly thankful for getting to know you all IC, or OOC. Korben, Victoria, Jensen, Dannii, Gareth, Zoe, Jonny, Ewan, Eve, Tom, Jake and many others, I love you all. ]

Just like the glorious northern star you guided me
Shining a light of pure tranquility
To a secret place where no-one else could go
Free to reveal the things I never show

I was deserted like the moon is at the dawn
I never thought I'd ever find a place so beautiful
All my heart was falling like a stone
Deep into an ocean vast and colourful

Strong like a symphony
You protected me
From reality

Somewhere to love
Somewhere to breathe
Somewhere to call my sanctuary
Here in the dark I can be strong
Knowing that nothing can hurt from now on
Somewhere to love
Somewhere to breathe
Somewhere to call my sanctuary
Closer to the sun
To your heart I run

One step on the horizon
A safe place up on the mountain
So far away from chaotic life
