Photography School?

Originally uploaded by jigarne. So, I'm very tenuously thinking about re-enrolling in school. One of the problems I see with this is that I'm an old fogey! The program I'm thinking about enrolling in is the photography program at UNO. This could be viewed as an escape from reality, or perhaps you could look at the past I've had with a camera and you could see that even before I started working as a photographer I was trying to work to get images that are more than a snapshot. But then again who am I to talk. I am what one may call too close to the lens (get it that's a joke haha). Anyways it's a venue I'm looking at since there are really no History jobs available to anyone who doesn't have a Master's degree or preferably a Doctorate. I do feel confidant that my photography has improved greatly since I've been doing studio photography almost daily since October. I can look at photos I've taken of people from a year or two ago (even a couple months ago) and look at the ones I'm taking now and tell a marked difference in quality. I dare say with a bit of training I might have an eye for the process.
