other people's children
Okay, yeah, i know it's been forever since i've updated, but i've gotten to blogging in myspace more, so sorry, I'm out of ideas by the time i get here. however i've already done my random post for the day there and there's probably some people i will offend if i post this on there, so here goes.
I do NOT understand people who are obsessed with their nieces and nephews..or nieces and nephews of their friends. you know what i'm talking about. people who put like, picture of themselves next to their friend's baby cousin with the caption "aw, how cute, Michelle age 2" and i'm supposed be like, aw...
seriously, if i'm going "aw", chances are, you're right there, because it's for your benefit and you alone. I don't find other people kids that cute. i just don't.
who knows. maybe my maternal instincts have gone the way of the buffalo...but passing around pictures of your brother's sister's baby doesn't do much for me.
maybe it's a mexican thing. maybe it's because you wish you had a family or kids. or maybe you want people to think you'd be a good mom/dad. I don't know.
