holy crap. What a busy week last week was. So Becca and I looked at that place in MacEwan in the NW and basically loved it. There are a few things that bug me about it: the lino is old and has a kind of gross pattern. The landlords told us they were changing it this summer so I will live with it. The place has 3 bedrooms and a full undeveloped basement for storage/potential hangout area?. Its in a good location and the landlords are super so we took it! We gave our deposit on Sunday and the place is officially ours! Yayyyy. I think we're moving in April 1 although there's no need to rush in, at least for me. Becca needs to be out of her other place for the 1st.
So right now we're trying to determine whose stuff will go where and all that fun stuff. We have an extra bedroom too, yay!

On another exciting note, Tali and I are definitely hitting up Gamestop tonight at midnight (technically tomorrow morning) for the release of Final Fantasy XIII. Holy crap, so excited. This is the ultimatum though: Square Enix, this is your LAST chance. If no more quality RPGs come out, I will be forced to replay the Suikoden series again and again until I am crazy and babble about runes and the Island Nation and building an army of my own to take back my country. I'll be like that guy in jail that was so nuts he only spoke klingon in the end...........maybe not that tragic. I hope not. Basically, my point is that it better be good!

On the weekend we also went to see Alice in Wonderland. OHSOGREAT. The whole tea party scene made me snort with laughter, much to the neighbouring chotchbags' dismay. These dumb bitches were asking one another if Alice in Wonderland was a musical because 'they really love Johnny Depp's voice'. Holy christ. I had to actually hold Tali back from jumping down the row and ripping them to shreds. It very well could have happened.

The whole downside to this month is that alllll of my money is going towards this place; it kind of stinks but it'll be so worth it!

Jesus I watched the Bourne Identity before bed last night. Not a good plan. I had the worst dreams ever last night. I tried to remember them but they didn't stick... all I remember is that they were terrifying.

There's only one thing lately that's been bothering me... I can't fix it but I can't give it words.. not yet.

movies, yay, friends, adam's life, video games, moving
