*On Netflix, why are the shows that look interesting to me invariably subtitled? Often in an asian language. lol I'll pick something that I want to pay only some attention to, then *bam!* subtitles. Just started Sweet Home, which is a monster-ish apartment based series in Korean.
*I got a splinter today from a pencil. PENCIL! While trying to score a kid's Vanderbilt test. I asked if I could charge more for battle wounds.
We thought we had gotten it out, but I see-and feel-that it's still there. It's in an awkward place on my right middle finger. :/ I may get a thoroughly not clean sewing needle later and poke at it.
I'm back-I think I got it this time.
*I'm on call tonight, and I totally pissed off someone. Wheee. They wanted me to alter someone else's restricted prescription. It was a minor alteration, and, apparently the pharmacy said they'd do it. Apparently. Yeah no. It's illegal. And why didn't the pharmacy call me if it was okay? But I still felt a little guilty about it, for some reason? And was castigating myself, like I was a loser for not doing it. WTF, brain? Like I deserved something bad to happen to me because I wouldn't do this. The person didn't need to curse me, I apparently did it myself. Again, WTF, brain?
*I am a hobbit. I don't like leaving my home. Don't mind being away, but the leaving is not my favorite. I know it's weird.
*Talked my friend into eating at Chicken Express today. It's her fault. She's Catholic, and doesn't eat meat on Fridays during Lent. I don't follow that practice for my faith, but I eat it with her because she does. And she introduced me to the fried fish at Chicken Express. And the coleslaw. Don't like the hushpuppies, but the biscuit is delicious. mmmmm.....
