17 What self-care things do you find helpful to ground yourself or “talk yourself down from the ledge” when you’re overwhelmed by your feelings or by stress?

ETA: Never mind, spotted the answer above. Lol. That's interesting as those are both my morning / early afternoon teas. Then I switch to Earl Grey, Lady Grey, Afternoon Earl Grey and black rose tea in the afternoon, and I currently drink a lot of berry teas in the evening. (Although that probably has more to do with trying to actually get some sleep for once.) But I prefer milky teas in the morning and black in the afternoon.
Or do you drink them without milk???
