17 What self-care things do you find helpful to ground yourself or “talk yourself down from the ledge” when you’re overwhelmed by your feelings or by stress?

Actually, that sounds like a perfect day. And maybe cocoa. And if the day is long enough, possibly a decent movie and popcorn, but neither is a must.

Now enquiring minds want to know: what tea would you choose? ☕️ 🍵

ETA: Never mind, spotted the answer above. Lol. That's interesting as those are both my morning / early afternoon teas. Then I switch to Earl Grey, Lady Grey, Afternoon Earl Grey and black rose tea in the afternoon, and I currently drink a lot of berry teas in the evening. (Although that probably has more to do with trying to actually get some sleep for once.) But I prefer milky teas in the morning and black in the afternoon.

Or do you drink them without milk???

Very interesting. My hot tea always has milk and sugar in it. Iced tea always unsweet and, of course, no milk.
