Slasher: I started watching the Slasher series on Netflix when I went on vacation. It's a show from Canada with 6 seasons per episode. Netflix only has two of the three seasons, and they have the second one as first. Each one is a slasher film spread over 6 hours. The first season I watched got a 3/5, and the second a 4/5. A lot of the actors are the same, and it was cool to see them in both seasons. Hopefully they'll get the third up.
The Great British Interior Design Challenge: Also on Netflix. Just dropped a second season. Still very good, although I wonder if they go back and fix some of the little things-like the TV connection in one house, and some wardrobe handles in another-that the designer didn't get to since they're on a time limit. A bit part of why I like it is that the host is an architecture historian, so we learn a lot about UK architecture/history/life. And the two judges are good as well.
Bird Box: Surprised as hell when Sandra Bullock was the first person I saw. Also, when I went to feed the cats, I noted that the movie is 2 hours long. Without commercials. WTF is it with filmmakers nowadays shoving ALL THE THINGS in the movies? 90 minutes, people. 100 at a stretch. So far pretty good.
Damnit, it made me cry. It was very good.
