And instead of my lesson with Zolar today my coach and I tried to put it together. lol She resorted to calling a friend of hers who had to put hers (for her mini horse)together without the helpful ID tags on the items. I think we eventually figured it out for the most part.
After my dressage show on the 4th, K wants me to go to her place so we can set up the harness and cart on her friend's mini. That way we can compare the two harnesses, and make sure we have mine set up right.
No, I have no cart yet. They are horse height specific, so the ones that I may be able to buy used around here are way too small. K's friend knows someone who drives, but not here. K knows someone else, but also 5 hours away. If not, then I'll be springing for a new cart. Which, honestly, from what I can tell, aren't all that different in price than the good used ones (and you don't want a bad one).
K definitely wants to go back to dressage next week. Much less leather.
Poor Tess, she's so (mostly) patient.
