So being back in Bloomington, not taking too many credits, and being pretty much unemployed for the past two weeks has been quite nice. I had the chance to visit and spend time with my lovely friends, all of whom I have missed so dearly. And I can finally, this semester, be a true college student. No RA duties, trivial retail jobs, nor extra-curricular activities consuming the majority of my free time. Does that mean that I am getting lazy?
I say no. I think I deserve a little break.
Anyway, it is indeed my last semester and I am in the process of deciding what to do when the real world starts to settle in around May. I am thinking about an internship for the summer, perhaps in Indy, and then preparing myself for a year in Spain. There are a lot of grants and programmes for teaching English to little cute kids in Europe, and a year in Spain and a year in France sounds enticing. During those summers, of course, I will be back in the US to do some sort of internship involving HR. And then, hopefully graduate school for a year and a half.
Maybe I could work for the UN? They are always looking for HR Specialists. We'll have to see.
I tend change my plans a lot, but for some reason, I can see all of this stuff happening. Thanks for reading this.
