OOC: it's Connie's birthday, so people should visit or call or send emails!!Connie's 34th birthday started off nicely, with a kiss from Michael and the promise of dinner at one of her favorite restaurants. Brian knocked on Connie's office door. He'd met to stop by earlier, but one motion hearing had run into another and it was just in general a crazy day.

Connie called from behind the closed door, "Come in!" She was seated at her desk, eating one of the cookies from the basket that Zach Nichols had brought over, and reclining while she did so. A sheaf of papers was balancing on her stomach and she had been reading from it.
