Well, it turns out we have enough to indict the bastard after all. Fielding came back from...wherever he was...in an oddly good mood. So good he didn't ream us for our part in the mess (though he has promised a word with the PD) and he managed to find a loophole that allows us to indict. I have to say, I'm impressed with him. And glad that we can go to trial.
