Presents for Ellie

"Just once," Brian tells Aidan as they stand on the steps of the Eames-Dresden household. Aidan of course takes "once" to mean many and rings the doorbell again and again.

Alex quickly pulled the door open, fearing the bell would just keep ringing if she didn't. "Hey," she greeted them with a smile. "Come in."

Aidan smiled, "We brought Ellie present,"

Alex stepped aside to let them in. "Thank you so much, she'll love it, I'm sure."

"How're you both?"

Brian came in first followed by a suddenly shy Aidan who quickly hid behind his daddy's leg.

"We're doing pretty good. He starts preschool next week,"

"Preschool?" Alex smiled. "I'll bet your excited," she looked down at Aidan.

Ellie was toddling around the room, holding onto the wall, as she came towards them.
