This design is somewhat outdated. Nina now wears a white dress with a green (or pink) shawl.
Future Plans: Keep living life normally and assist those who need some healing. May also troll for the fun of it. Where-ever Arisha goes, Nina will go. (if allowed but not on quests)
World Biography: The world of Nevus is kept alive by mana, which is coursed through Mana Links connected to the World Tree, Pankosmia. Following the end of the ancient age, 7 Master Nations arose to the modern age known as the Age of Magic, the 3rd Epoch in life on Nevus.
However, the 7 Master Nations are far from peaceful or safe from any kind of danger. One Master Nation had already vanished and another is about to be wiped out by war that went on for over a millenia.
The 6 remaining nations each have a unique form of government. A merchantile Republic. A Monarchy with many rights for all its citizens. A vast Empire capable of Magitech. A loose coalition of allied Democratic tribal states. A Federation descendent from a warrior nation and finally a Theocracy.
One unique abnormality is, in the Kingdom of Rivera where the World Tree stands, there is a everlasting snow fall desprite Rivera being on the world's equator. It's speculated to be a result of a failed war strategy more than 2000 years ago.
Some nations such as the Audian Federation and the Firlan Empire have horrible social skills, but everywhere else you'll find many people who will less likely see you as a native for a nation and more of a fellow being on the world of Nevus.
Despite advances in Nevusian technology, there's one answer to a question that elludes them. There is a spherical pattern of stars that somehow creates an illusion that Nevus is revolving around it. Some say it's just a galaxy. Others say Nevus is sharing an orbit with another body as a Double Planet. Never-the-less, these stars were named Heimdall.
Roleplay Sample: ...Why does my nose hurt... Aw, jeez... I really did walk into a tree, didn't I? Eh heehee... Okay, now where am I? So...trees...grass...bushes...huge ass tree... EH?! Wha...Where is this place? ... When I find Big Brother, I'm gonna make him wish he didn't take me with him and Big Sis to...to hopefully someplace fun, like a park or something.

Your application looks pretty good so far, but we'd like to ask for some more information about Nina, if you don't mind!
1) We'd like to know a little more about Nina's history. For example, could you tell us a little more about her family situation? What was it like for her in the Holy Academy? What's the Devastation and how did it impact Nina's life? We're also curious to know how she and Arisha originally met and your plans for playing both of them separately - we realize playing two characters with close ties presents a bit of a challenge, so we'd like to know how you'd planned to tackle that. :3
2) Could we have some specific examples to illustrate her personality? For example, you said that Nina was a troll and liked to play pranks on people - why does she do this, and how does she choose her targets and what trick to play on them? Also we were a little confused on how she can be shy and also enjoy talking to people; so are the pranks perhaps done for attention?
3) We felt the roleplaying sample could have been longer, as we'd really like to get a solid idea of what Nina's voice sounds like. Could you write up another sample (in third person maybe, so it'll have some physical actions as well?) where Nina is checking out one of the guild buildings or doing some activity in town? The details are up to you!

1) Following a war where the country's southern neighbors invaded, a bunch of bandits tried to start it again by raiding border towns in both nations disguised as soldiers of eachother. It didn't work, but Nina's country raised taxes to get more money to finish repairs from the previous war and make repairs on the new damage caused by the bandits. Nina's family was heavily effected by these taxes. Having two kids was expensive enough.
Unfortunately, I only just recently designed the Holy Academy. I haven't really put much thought into how she likes it yet.
Now about the Devastation. I was hoping to keep that secret until the right time since it's important on Arisha's side. The full name is "The Devastation of Archangel" where a unknown army utilized giant weapons (i.e Tanks) invaded Archangel and raised the central district to the ground, killing the standing army and the citizens in that district, and finally killing Arisha's parents. Of the three, Nina did not see the attack or the aftermath, so she's probably the most emotionally stable at the time. The primary reason she's running away from the city with Noah and Arisha is because it's not very responsible to leave a 8 year old child in the ruins of a city.
Noah introduced Nina to Arisha a year ago when he brought her to the Great Cathedral for some special training with support artes (though it didn't pay off). Noah did this because he figured Arisha would like a friend who is another girl.
As for playing seperately, I figured I could alternate between the two, or choose with who to tag with depending on what a muse is doing. (Like Nina for those who are derping around). I did tell Saica about "Skit-like" posts between Arisha and Nina in one of their journals, if that's okay...That is, I think I told Saica about those...
2) Hmm... Why does Nina troll and prank? I figured her being 8 years old was explaination enough. She likes to target those who are kind spacing out and those she's grown fond of. One common trolling trick she does is throw a Pow Hammer indiscriminately at her target. One for those she likes tackle from the front, preferably when her target doesn't see her. An extreme sample of trolling would be she would stare at someone. If they stare back, she'll stare alittle longer and then give them an extremely bizzare order. She usually does this to business people such as shopkeeps.
"Shy and also enjoy talking to people?" Did I really say that? Oh I see what I did thar. I got them backwards and forgot to add "respectively." Nina's modest around people she respects such as her teachers and priests but mostly keeps to herself around complete strangers (shopkeepers don't count for some reason). But, yes. The "will prank for attention" mind-set is usually for attention. What child doesn't want attention usually? o.o Except when using Pow Hammer on people, she just wants to see their reactions since it usually gets her into trouble.
3) Hmm... Now THIS will be a hard one. Of my 3 main OC's, Nina's the least used so I have no examples to use the same way I did with Arisha's app. If it's okay, I need some time to think of something sufficiant.

The life and energy of this town is something a city girl like Nina is not used to. She let out a yawn that many would take as a sarcasm.]
This is so boring...
[The half-sized priest-in-training looked over the people coming and going, looking for someone in particular. Someone she knows? Perhaps. She soon spots a lone man sitting by a fountain with a sketch book, drawing some birds as they sat perched atop the fountain. Nina grinned and snuck closer to him and hid behind a bench.
With her trusty school-issued staff in hand, she raised it above her head.]
Pow Hammer!
[Above the aspiring artist's head came a ball of light that shape-shifted to that of a playful toy hammer, which fell upon his head in a silly squeak. The sudden appearence of this startled the man clear out of his mind, creating a short-lived spectacle that Nina certainly enjoyed. As she hid her giggles, a couple calmly approached the girl. The man reached out and grabbed her by the shoulder to get her attention. However, it was as if karma came around for Nina was startled out of her mind this time.
Nina turned and glared at the couple like she was either a little shy, embarrassed, or just doesn't like strangers. The couple politely asked if Nina was lost and where her parents were. She couldn't help but give a less than lady-like reply.]
Do you know where your mommy and daddy are?
[The woman whispered to the man's ear. Nina could clearly hear her suggest that she was probably a run-away. The man answered back suggesting if they should take her to the local authorities or to Ad Libitum, let them deal with her.]
Whatever. As long as I can find Big Brother and Big Sis and go back home to Archangel.
[The couple looked at eachother with the most unamused expressions, and in unison, said "Ad Libitum."]
