What: It's time to clean out all those dusty books and mats! It's spring, and what better thing to do than clean a whole guild? ... Well, actually, a lot, but Genis won't admit that.

[Ruca came to the guild building looking for Genis to ask if the guild leader could lend him few books.

He knocked then hesitantly opened the door and called to Genis.]

E-excuse me, I was wondering if... [he paused as he entered the room then looked around, obviously noticing the overwhelming mess.] ...you, um... need some help...?

[Genis sighs, brushing his hair back before he turns to Ruca.] Hey Ruca.

Sorry about the mess... Raine and I decided it'd be a good time to get the guild cleaned since everyone's finally branched out.

And yeah, I'd like some help. You sure you wouldn't mind?

Of course I won’t mind, and well... It’s not like I have anything better to do right now, anyway... [Then he quickly added: ] But even if I did I would still volunteer to help...!

[He looked around once again. It sure was going to be a lot of work...]

Many hands make light work! I'm sure we'll get it done together.

Thanks. [Now Genis hands Ruca a stack of papers.] Sort these by date. They're all the papers of Summon Spirits... and the older these are, the more useful they are for the guild.

[Ruca nodded as he took the papers from Genis.] Summon Spirits...? [Since Summon Spirits didn’t exist in Ruca’s world, so curious he looked through the documents reading some of the information in them.] Interesting... [he said more to himself that to anyone else, then shook his head. No time for reading right now he reminded himself. Sighing he quickly sorted the papers as Genis told him to, then checked twice if everything was in right order.]

All done. [he said and gave the papers back to Genis.] But... [he wondered if it was alright to ask, but then shook his head again.] No. Never mind.

I never said I needed it done in a hurry. [Genis grins as he kneels down and sorts the books in alphabetical order. Jeez, some of them are dusty!] If you want to go ahead and borrow them for later, you're more than welcome to.

... Of course, that is assuming we get out of this mess alive.

R-really? [He looked at Genis a little surprised, but then smiled.] Thank you...!

And... I wouldn’t worry about not making it out alive. [He started to collect some papers that were scattered everywhere.] I mean, it’s not like it’s dangerous or anything. [He smiled again.] It may be a lot of work but I’m sure we’ll get this place cleaned.

[Genis can't help laughing there as he continues to sort books and put them back on the shelves.] Hopefully. When I first got here, the place was meant more for pigs than humans - and half-elves.

Half-elves...? [He looked at Genis with curiosity.] Um... I... I’ve never heard about half-elves before. [He explained looking away and trying to collect the rest of papers.]
