[So he was the last leader to go! Better make it a good speech, huh? Mao stood up, adjusting his sleeves as he stared at the people before him.]

I'm aware a lot of you haven't heard of me, and that's perfectly okay! My name's Mao, and I lead Ad Libitum's Port Merrium chapter. We're located in the Southern Isles, so it's quite the distance from Blessenwood and the other chapters. However, we're also home to some of the fastest ships in Atlas, so the distance usually isn't a problem for us.

Unlike the other leaders, I'm willing to accept anyone who wants to transfer to Port Merrium. We're a huge coastal town, and therefore, we need people who're willing to just lend a helping hand.

I do want to warn you all: our main problems deal with pirates and how they've been affecting Port Merrium's economy. While we do have an anti-alcohol campaign, it's not exactly successful, and I'd appreciate fresh ideas on how we can tackle these issues.

If you're willing to come out to Port Merrium, then come and talk to me. I don't bite! And we're definitely not as strict as the other branches of Ad Libitum.

Nice speech from a brat, huh? I’m interested anyway. I own a ship but she needs some supplies. My name is Chat. There’s really… small problem I say, because I’m pirate. But hey, don’t get me wrong. I’m not kind of pirate that you mentioned about.

[What did she just call him? Mao frowned - he was not a kid! - but all thoughts of the insult left when he heard her speak.]

Hey, as long as you don't loot people, we're good! Your ship'll definitely come in handy for the guild.

I can probably get you your supplies too. It's nice to have you on-board, Chat.

Aye~ I don't hunt for gald. I want material, some rare one. I live for that. My ship needs more crew since she got a lot empty spaces.

Anyway, would you like to hop on my ship or we meet later at the port? I'm having a free time now.

Okay, rare materials. I'm not sure what exactly you want, but the Port's most likely got it since there's traders coming in all the time.

[He nods, casually putting a hand on his hips] Well, the meeting's still going on, but we can talk on your ship once it ends.

Traders, huh? This is interesting. I'll check it out soon after we get there. And of course you have to guide me around the port, I don't want to get lost for my first sight seeing.

[She pouts a bit, not really interested with the meeting since she hates politics.] Well then, I just head back to my ship, which is docked at the north of the village. Once you're done, you can find me there and we'll set sail to the port.

[He hates politics too, but what can he do? He is a guild leader after all, and needs to hear everything they say.] Will do. I'll head over there as soon as I can.
