Now, when the quests had finally died down, he'd managed to take some free time to practice spellcasting. With kendama in hand, Genis lugged a scarecrow dummy to the backyard and then jumped back to start with the basics. Granted, he could probably go a while without practice, but maintaining and honing his skills was never a bad thing.]
