i discovered an AWESOME way to cheat at ac:ww AND it makes looooot (but some work is required).
each day at 6am your town resets itself. normally with time travel there are risks involved, especially if you travel too far ahead too quickly. whatever time it is today, do all your town maintenance - water flowers, talk to your animals (convince them not to move, give them medicine, etc), shop at nook's and the sisters.... exit ac and roll your ds clock back to 5am. load animal crossing, then exit and save. then move your clock ahead to some time past 6am. all the things you did that day will be "remembered" and new flowers, new fruit, new fossils etc will all be reset. things that get reset:
- flowers (you'll have to water any new wilted ones)
- fruit
- money rock
- non-fruit trees
- fossils
- town bulletin board (this is cool cuz you can track how many times you've reset)
- red turnip maturation gains one day each time you reset
- white turnips also gain one day so they WILL SPOIL if they reach 6 days old (but with this method you make so much $$ it's totally not even worth gambling with white turnips)
if fruit blooms every 3 days, this advances your fruit trees one day per reset. so if your fruit blooms today, if you reset 2 times, on the third time you will have new fruit.
i reset my town 5 times.. it was caught in a time warp lol.. and made 500,000 bells, technically in one day. yarrrr i'm a pirate!
