R.I.P NICK MESMER---
Grad of 03' from Gahanna .. Engaged and ready to become a firefighter....Died in Iraq over the weekend...
What a mothers day present. that would suck.... :-(
I will miss this kid, tho we weren't close...but he still is in my thoughts.
"Nick's father says his son was coming home in July for his 21st birthday. The last time he saw his son was at Easter, during a surprise home visit. For the first time, Nick's father says he didn't want to go back. Nick told his dad that he had a bad feeling.
Nick's father met with an army sergeant late Monday afternoon to learn how soon he can bring his son home."
