I HATE YOU FOREVER.
ACTUALLY at first he kinda liked Kirk, Fon is normally good with fun guys that poke him a little. But the WAS IT WORTH IT? and then implying he wouldn't have let people die just poked him too hard in his repressed trauma. So he left that room thinking Kirk is an idiot who's never actually had to work hard for anything except maybe saving the world once. He's pissed and he will continue to be pissed and now he will call Kirk sir forever.
