Background/Personality: Muraki comes from a line of doctors. There is a lot we don't know about his background, but what we do know is that his mother was a bit unbalanced and treated him like a precious doll-- which fucked him up a bit. We also know that when he was a teenager, he was introduced to his half-brother, Saki, who was also a bit unbalanced. This fucked him up a little more. The circumstances are never explained, but at some point Muraki lost his right eye, killed his mother, and wound up putting Saki's head and spinal cord in a giant jar in a secret lab.
Muraki is completely batshit but he's extremely good at hiding it. He tricks entire families easily and keeps them tricked for years. He comes off as a polite, caring doctor, honestly concerned about his patient's well-being, although in truth at some point his crazy family, coupled with his strange Mary Sue abilities and the frustration of not being able to help people, drove him to madness... and murder... and also rape... for some reason.
His objective seems to be to get his head-in-a-jar half-brother a perfect body so he can kill him properly. The crazy doesn't negate the fact that he is an excellent genius doctor, though.
Any other notes: HE RAPES PEOPLE. He also murders them, but I think the rape is more relevant.
