boring bank holiday
i got one of these: 
. You can't really see, but it is SO beautiful & has hand-carved lacewood mud & chain guards like so:

The intention was that i could fold it up & take it into places rather than having it stolen immediately, but it seems bouncers and & pub owners don't agree to that logic, preferring instead to act like complete assholes. oh well.
other than that, i have acquired more music in the past month than in the 6 prior to that. not sure why.
really liking:
i hope everyone comes to the Hot Breath Eurovision party in the Working Men's club this Friday. An incredible amount off effort has gone into it, you can pretty much guess what to expect, or check myspace. it's probably what will amount to my birthday do, so that's fun. unless i totally screw up.
and... that's about all i have to say about that. thanks.
