My ":D" icon. It's the freaky bodypainted guy from one of the music videos in Velvet Goldmine (The Ballad of Maxwell Demon, if memory serves?). I chose it because it's happy, sparkly, and a bit disturbing.
Shaz, in her wedding gown, with a pistol, from Ashes to Ashes. Chosen because I love Shaz, and, come on, it's awesome. *shrugs* I occasionally use it when I want to shoot something.
This serves a triple purpose: It's 1 Cenk Uygur (of The Young Turks, which is practically my fandom), 2 making a vaguely dirty gesture, 3 with the text "dork" (because I am). Also, it makes me giggle.

Another Velvet Goldmine icon. I believe it's one of the members of The Flaming Creatures, who are actually Placebo in costume. It's my default because it's calm/neutral, though sometimes I go through uncomfortable phases because of the cigarette. /politicallycorrect
