I haven't been that busy in the past week or so. Would like to say I have been but, well, that would be lying. The film Milk wrapped up, and I've been hoping a project would line up soon enough, but it hasn't. There's one possibility down at San Jose Stage, and I just went to the season auditions at Sacrament Music Circus. They asked for a second song, which is always good. Then again, after I finished, I informed them I was a dancer and wondered when the dance call would be, if any (this was mostly just a chance to talk with the auditiors for a bit). I then promptly made an ass of myself, by almost walking off the stage where I thought the ramp down off it was. Just after infoming them how wonderful I was with moving my body around. Ironic, huh?
In other more positive news, I'm taking a scene study class at the Jean Shelton Studio in San Francisco with her son, Matt. My friend Tom and I are working on a scene from Miller's Death of a Salesman.
