Advice on Touring

Dear Actors,

I'm looking for some advice. I just booked a tour (children's theatre, four months, all over the States, with only three other actors and a production person). I've never been tour before, so I'm incredibly excited, but also a bit nervous. I've never spent a prolonged period of time living out of a suitcase, or traveling constantly. Anyone out there have experience touring, who might be willing to share? Any tips on how to stay sane? How to stay healthy? Ease the loneliness and the homesickness?
