Hey, so i know i haven't updated this thing in forever and a half, primarily because that requires a committment to writing which I really don't possess at the moment. I do, however, promise to write you an entry when I get back. from where, you ask? Well, this weekend (I leave tomorrow), I'm going to visit Stanford just because I'm cool like that. If you need me i'll have my phone and all, but yeah. I hope you all have fantastic weekends, and for those of you in Twilight, I'm uber bummed that I won't get to see you all at the first rehearsal tomorrow, but carry me there on your mind (ha.haha...ha.). I realize this isn't up to my typical standard of pseudo-intellectual wit (which i probably kid myself about, as that's more of a compliment than it probably deserves), but I'll do my best with the entry upon my return home.
I would like to ask all of you reading this to do something for me. well, two things actually. The first of which is that I'd really like you to comment with some story about us. You and I. our interactions, a memory that stuck with you, something. I think it might help me feel more connected. If you can't think of any of those, or just really wanna be awesome, you should comment with something cool about your day that you think i would like hearing about.
The second thing i'd appreciate you doing is following the instructions at this site for me:
http://kevan.org/johari?name=Bobby Strong
It's for something called a Johari Window which, to my understanding, is meant to give the owner an understanding of how people perceive them in relation to how they perceive themselves. The instructions are simple and it'd take like a minute, so if you'd do that, I'd really appreciate it. Also, if the idea intrigues you enough to start one of your own, I'd be more than happy to answer it for you, just comment with a link. Have a happy president's day all, stay healthy, and find something good about your days off. Everyone and everything seems to be so tense and we all should just cool off a bit; I think it'd help everyone out. Maybe look at the stars tonight, ponder the vastness of space all around you and lose yourself up there- it works for me sometimes.
