Its cool to be Greek!!!!!!!
Well ill start with yesterday. We got a new car!!!!!! yay!!! Next Summer it'll be mine!!!!!! Yay!!!!! Well, i thought we were gonna get a better one, but my mom was like, "We'll buy a used one instead, and at about summer next year ill buy a nice one for myself and you'll have this one." I dont really care though, cause at least i got one, or will get one. Its a metallic blue, 2002 Chevy Cavelier. I like it, thats what matters, lol. And thats about all that i did yesterday, oh alex, ale, and kendra called me, that was awesome, and i made a pie, then laters i talked to Senora Kurash.
Today i missed everyone, no one called me so oh well, but i still had fun. So i got up and went to church, i did my hair *finally*, and everyone actually liked it, so i was all happy and wasnt all paranoid. After church i drove around with one of my mom's friends while everyone got ready to go to the greek festival, at about two we left. When I got there i had such a blast. Little did i know, i was part greek, ha!! So first i walked around, and watched some people dancing to this weird music, then we ate, OMG it was sooooooooooooo good, i had like greek chicken, then i had a gyro, which is like a lamb/beef in pita bread, with tomatos, onions, topped with sour cream cucumber sauce, i kept the menu if your wondering, lol, but that was the best thing i've ever tasted. I had lots of other stuff, but i dont wanna put them all, but for dessert, i had Baklava, Its like this sorta layerd thing with walnuts, fido dough, and honey. It was really good. Then i sat down to watch the dancing, and then the, guy from the greek band chose our table to come up and learn a dance. I was scared at first, but then i got the hang of it, then like everyone started to get into it, so like a million people came up and started dancing to, it was weird, but soo fun!!! I learned a new word in greek. OPAAAA!!!Which like you say when your happy and having a great time, lol. I learned other words, but i forgot them.lol. Then they said happy birth day to some guy, and when his mom came out on stage to give him the cake, he blew out the candles and the mom, who was holding the cake, gave him a kiss and the cake tipped over and spilled all over the floor. I fealt really bad for them, but oh well. Then i bought some greek iced tea, which was really good. Then my mom got me some greek necklace, and i bought a like clay jar thingy from athens. Then when we were leaving Channel Seven wanted to interview me and Jen, but we hd to go and they werent gonna be ready for anouther 20 minutes. So we left then went to walmart, and now im here. I wished i cdould of invited all of you peoples, but since i dont have the van anymore i couldnt, thats the only downside to the car, but when we get anouther one we dont have to worry. Oh yeah, and i saw this shirt someone was wearing that said "Its cool to be Greek!!!" and i totally agree, lol. So im out, and p.s. i dont mind givin you peoples a ride anywhere next year, but hey i need gas money sometimes. Lol, But for now im out.
