recent weeks
Its been a busy few weeks recently, i went to Germany and had an absolutely awesome time, we even survived the Autobahn! Its been over a year since i last had an actual holiday, so i was really looking forward to it, and it didn't disappoint.
Also, for the last two and a half weeks, my brother has been home from Australia, we've not seen him for about 20 months, as he left us in December '07, he'd also got engaged with the girl he went out with, so he held a big party for them with loads of family and friends, still he's now gonna be en route to Dubai for a quick change before he's back in Sydney. We're all really quite gutted he's gone, as we know its going to be another year before we see him again.
I've also been applying for jobs in our head office in Leeds, had an interview for one of them on Wednesday, which went ok, i wont find out until the end of the month though with that one, the other i've only just applied for, so i'll wait and see if i get an interview for that one.
I had my 24th birthday last Monday too, i spent most of it traveling home from Germany though, 11 hours of it, thank you train delays, so i feel as though i haven't really celebrated it, even though i went for a meal and then to the cinema to see District 9 (which was awesome btw), it wasn't really anything special. Nevermind, there's always 25.
And finally, my snooker season started again tonight, and what a way to start off, i made a 44 break, my highest ever, and going on past years, quite a contender for the highest break of the season. :D
