After their very first meeting she thought he was kind of a douche! But then they managed to have an actual conversation, and now Wendy thinks Ankh is a pretty okay dude. She wants to talk with him more because he's interesting and isn't a bad conversationalist, and so far hasn't tried to blow her up or eat her soul or anything! Which makes him a friendly face in her book. Such is Wendy's life.

And now I'm going to be uncreative and ask for a reverse!

Camp used to suck (except for the superheroes and the actual friends, but she doesn't like to acknowledge that part), but then Red Mist showed up! Now she is utterly delighted with the fact that she can kill him in a place that is much less secure than his stupid penthouse. He'll come back from the dead and it might compromise her identity, but whatever, it'll still be fun. Killing Chris > everything else. Hooray for camp and the kidnapping it does :)

Oh Breeze :( Wendy likes her, and likes talking to her! Except when something happens in the conversation that reminds her that Breeze is both a kid and is in a really shitty situation. Wendy is not a child person at all, so she's kind of completely unsure of how to deal with kids in the first place! Adding in the post-apocalyptic city and superpowers means that sometimes she just has no clue what to say. How do you tell a superpowered kid who has probably seen people die that she can't have alcohol and hear about shooting people?! NOBODY TOLD ME HOW TO DEAL WITH THIS. tl'dr she likes Breeze, and feels kind of protective of her despite her rational mind telling her that it's totally unnecessary.

Wendy likes Boyue a lot! He's a nice guy who's easy to talk to, and she really appreciates the fact that he's so willing to learn about the modern world without complaining about walking fifteen miles to a battlefield in the snow or something. She wants to ask him about home sometime, because he probably has a lot of interesting stuff to say! But first priority is finding him a horror movie without too many confusing bits to watch.

So Wendy feels REALLY BAD about her desire to be Buffy because Conrad is pretty cool! Vampires can be nice hipsters, WHO KNEW. She appreciates that he's apparently the sane one to Hanna's.... Hanna-ness, so gives him some slack for his grumpiness and doesn't let it deter her from her mission to become friends with him. Sometimes she does stress that she might accidentally hit one of his grumpy buttons and make him hate her forever, so Wendy tries to be more conscientious in what she says to him as opposed to how she talks to other people.

can I ask for a reverse :3

HE ACTUALLY LIKES WENDY A LOT. for. Conrad. which still involves being a grumpy butt half the time anyway sorry. he is still kind of uncomfortable about everything ever involving his ~CONDITION~ and the more he meets people in the same (or a similar) boat the less he feels like he identifies with them or will ever identify with them. so it is kind of awesome to have someone who is human and... not really normal but almost and shares some of his interests and also doesn't bat an eye at anything. she's more of a friend he'd choose than a friend of circumstance (hi hanna, we still bros) and it's nice to feel like he can still kind of fit in with people despite everything without it being weird or a Thing. he will probably still be cranky forever because Conrad is terrible at people and not being a dick in order to try to cover up things like feelings and also his terrible secret of not actually being a complete asshole (which is probably not actually a secret but he likes to think it is
