today was a nice day. I slept in until about 11am, then got up to do some stuff before work. I went to Old Navy and found a really cute shirt. I don't love Old Navy, but every once in a while, they've really got something good. I also went by the mall and found some cute stuff that I couldn't afford to buy. thats alrite too though. I went to work. we got really busy right before closing. but we finished up and got out by a decent time still.
when I got home, my sister and her husband were here with my nephew and it made me really happy. my nephew just rocks. he's about 2 1/2, and he's awesome. I told him I'd bring him to the park and we could go get icecream after that. so we walked down to the park. actually, I took him in his wagon. we got down there and played for a few minutes, then my sister and her husband came and we were all there. it was getting really cloudy and dark, and thundering. it started to rain, so we ran home. my brother in law carried Josiah and ran home since it was lightning. I got soaked. so I just enjoyed it and stayed out in the rain for a little bit and walked down the street bare foot. it was really nice. its been so long since I've done that. its those kind of little things in life that feel so good.
I took a relaxing shower tonite and caught up on some phone calls, and with old friends that I really miss. my good friend in Toledo thats all married now is so cute. she was helping her husband with one of his comic book pictures. they're so cute. and I talked to my friend Dave to plan for going to Florida in the fall.
today was just a nice day.
and on a note to my last entry, I liked Charlie and the Chocolate Factory. it was different from the old one, but I liked it.
I'm going to bed now.. I've got a busy week ahead of me, starting with school again in the morning. only about 350 hours to go!! but I'll talk to you all again soon. whoever of my friends that are reading this.. I'm glad you are in my life. I really appreciate my friends. you mean a lot to me.
do you ever wonder how someone can go on so long about pretty much nothing? well I think I just did.
