Well, the Shakespearean insult fortune cookies that Kelly and I made for McFeely's class on Shakespeare's birthday were a big hit. And we got extra credit for baking cookies, how can you go wrong?
On an unrelated note, I wonder these days what makes a friend, really. I try my best to be a good friend and help everyone I love to whatever extent I can. I feel like a lot of people I trust and care about have let me down in recent weeks and months and I'm not sure why. I feel as though I've only grown as a person lately and maybe that's the problem. Maybe some people only like me when I'm miserablely bitter and I guess if so, then they weren't really friends to begin with.
But that's a tough bite to swallow.
